Since 1970 people have been reporting an intense feeling of a presence on the 4th floor. For many years this area was used to store props and clothing for the local community theater. People going up into this area often complained about cold areas and noises as well as seeing something from the corner of their eye and shadows. Some of this can be accounted for by simple suggestions. Also, area was unheated. Building is very old and subject to noises and wind especially on 4th floor.

Renovations took place in early 1990's. During this time, footsteps were repeatedly heard running on the 3rd and 4th floors. Doors were heard slamming in this area of the building when opening up for the day. Alarms were never triggered and investigations failed to produce any human intruders.

Workers doing renovations had objects thrown at them from unseen sources especially on the 4th floor. Many refused to return.
