F. H.'s Cobwebs

Venture with me into the realm
Of the human mind
Run with me from this place
Escape the wrath of time
Wonder with me through the sea
Of one who's all alone
Depression sets just like a plague
But it will not be shown
Ah yes my friend, we're here
This incredible place called home
See the queen of darkness
Set upon her thrown
Watch her smile through her charade
See her look me in the eye
Watch the tears fall down her cheeks
Now see her spirit die
Good-bye my friend, this is the end
Yet, we've been here once before
The darkness in your head still screams
Always wanting more
Not the slits upon your wrists
Nor your car smashed in the wall
None of these have been good enough
For your final fall
And now you cry alone
As you are ate alive
To be as low as this my child
You must first prepare to fly
