There is a Raven I know of
I called her depression
She comes to visit
Then takes my happiness
She knows how I will end up
Sad, empty, sore, bruised
The last time she visited
I was writing this poem
She told me to stop
Because her cousin Death
Was coming to take me
Where you may ask?
The place where Raven lays
The place where I remain
Cold, dark are some of the things
That describe where I am
I feel worse in this place
The Raven came again
This time she was slowly dying
I thought I would be free
But I wasn't
Poor Raven had no strength
She coughed and bled
Then I coughed and bled
I realized that Raven was me
She was my emotions
And when she came with her cousin
I had committed suicide
