Book of Shadows : Blair Witch 2
Major bummer...
Even though I didn't have high expectations for this film, I was still very disappointed with it. I am glad I didn't pay $7.50 to see it in the theater. Sheesh!
Trying to take the approach of being a film about people obsessed with the earlier film was at least a decent idea. It may have even worked with different writing and direction, but the story line is so messed up, and the ending is so "just because I said so", that this film fails utterly.
Oh, you may have some laughs if you want to rent the two of them together, but I would rather rent the four Phantasm movies instead. They may be rambling and hard to follow at times, but at least they stay interesting!
Only rent this if nothing else is available and you have a good book nearby just in case.
