What Lies Beneath
This movie surprised and entertained me, and even made me jump a few times. Well acted, with a story line that keeps you wondering if there is a supernatural element or just a psycological problem. The plot twists are somewhat predictable (it IS a Haollywood movie, afterall) but I still changed my mind about "Whodunit" several times before being surprized in the end.
Another reason I liked this movie so much is that the followed Scuttles prinicpals of Being Scary. They were very subtle in the use of the special effects, relying more on finding ways to make the audience's imagination do most of the work. A well done thriller.
