Scream III
Scream III manages to live up to the original Scream. This is pretty significant since most sequels get worse every time they tack a number onto the name. They seem to do this by being very self-aware, and anticipating what the audience figures would happen next. And they manage to keep surprising us. Even though this is still pretty much a slasher film, it is at least one that gives the audience some credit for being halfway intelligent. Good job, overall.
Worth renting, particularly if you want to make it a triple feature with the Scream and Scream II. Enjoy!
