The Sixth Sense
This movie actually rocked me!
I was lucky enough to see it soon after it came out, and no one ruined the ending for me. Those who have seen it or know what I am talking about will appreciate how much of a difference that one little bit of extra knowledge can make. If you don't know, quickly run out and rent it before someone ruins it for you. If they try to talk to you about it, stick your fingers in your ears and sing La La La La while running away from them. Believe me, you will not be sorry.
For those who do know the crucial plot point, go ahead and see it again. Once you know the secret, it is like whatching a whole different movie. Kudos to the extremley skillful director for this one.
Plot point aside, this movie is excellent on several levels. The acting is great, the special effects are subtle and sparingly used. The representation of ghosts is very accurate to what we know about the real thing. All in all, this is a masterpeice of a film.
Go out and buy this one for your collection. It is a keeper.
