Strange Disappearances by Brad Steiger
This rather old book (published 1972) is full of short tales of documented strange events and mysteries. Some are rather tame, and seem easily explained by what we know of science almost 30 years later, but there are still quite a few tales that can send a chill up your spine or give you goosebumps. Some of my favorites include holes in space and evidence of other dimensions. There are even a few items in here that may leave you a bit less secure in your everyday life. In any case, it is a fun read with some good chills and things to think about.
