Stranger Than Science - Frank Edwards
This is another book full of short tales of documented strange events and mysteries. Although originally written in 1959, it was updated in 1987, so not all of the tales are old. As the blurb says - "Astounding stories of strange events! All authentic - all absolutely true!" There actually are some good chills and disturbing thoughts here to contemplate. Because each story is short, this is a great book to keep around when you have to have a short attention span, although you can easily devour it in one or two sittings.
