The Watcher
A mediocre serial killer/suspense film.
It has it's fun moments, and it may be worth renting just to see the star of the Matrix in a bad-guy role (he is actually quite convincing). It gets two skulls for disturbance because of the scenes where he is stalking the girls... it looks all too real. And although there is plenty of suspense, it comes nowhere near meeting the level of a Hitchcock film, which was alluded to in the closing soundtrack.
It could have been a better film if it had more to flesh it out with. It felt like we solved everything much too quickly.
Anyway, a good second movie to grab, as long as you have a another good one to watch as well.
