The Lady

When I was younger, about a 5 years ago, I moved into my house... and the first night living here I knew things were strange... extremely STRANGE!

My home in Philadelphia never seemed to be ordinary. Is it perhaps because I moved into my home right after the original owners died? Or all the other deaths that oddly occurred in my home? Either they are the most logical answers I myself can think of... or there are other reasons I myself am blinded by and have no clue what so ever.

But any way here goes my story... About 5 years ago a move for me seemed quite strange because I was only around the age of 7 or 8. My whole life I been able to sense strange things... Paranormal things. My room was and still is located on the third floor of my three story home. It is the first room as you walk up the staircase. Well as I was settling into my room... the strange awkward cold air rushed by me... it made the hair on my arms and neck stand on end! I was frightened but somehow used to it.

The first night to sleep in my room was upon me... the whole night I tossed and turned, and couldn't help but glance at the bottom of my bed... strangely enough, I saw a woman there! She looked as if she was at peace and she remained solemn... she just stood there staring at me. She had a fancy umbrella (you know, the kind you decorate with lace and things), and a long lavender dress, with a big floppy hat... and she was beautiful. I didn't mind her there, and everytime I looked she was there smiling at me, all through the night. She is still here after the many years.

Although, at times my door will be shut and locked and it will mysteriously open. But when I tell it to go away, it will stop and close... no matter how far it is open!

There is however an evil presence... once she threw my little brother in his room and when he came out scratches were all down him..... everywhere! I thought it was strange! But I was careful to check on him ever since!
